Unfortunately, due to a variety of factors, such as war, starvation and disease, kids in impoverished communities are often robbed of this opportunity for growth. An estimated one-fifth of all youngsters in developing nations are living in a state of intense poverty, meaning that their households live on $1.Ninety days or less per day.

    Ghana, much like a vast majority of developing nations, is struggling with the aforementioned problems of child well being. A 2016 study published by the Ough.S. Department of Labor found that 24 per cent of children older 5 through Fourteen were employees.
