    What is team building and its importance?

    There are some tasks which can’t be completed alone. Individuals need to come together, discuss things among themselves and come together towards the conclusion of a common objective. The individuals forming a team should if at all possible think pretty much on the same outlines and should have comparable interests and aim. People with totally different tastes can’t form a team. Their set goals have to be the identical. Every team is shaped to achieve a defined goal and it is the duty of each and each member to add his level best and attain the assigned task within the stipulated time frame. The team associates must complement each other and appear to each other’s help anytime required. Individual performances do not really matter much in a team and every individual should strive difficult and work in symphony.
