    Why team building is essential in the workplace?

    There are some tasks which can’t be carried out alone. Individuals need to get together, discuss things between themselves and interact towards the realization of a common objective. The individuals building a team should preferably think about on the same lines and should have similar interests and objective. People with totally different preferences can’t form a team. Cause real progress have to be the same. Every team is created to achieve a defined goal and it is the obligation of each and every member to lead his level best and achieve the assigned job within the agreed time frame. The team members must enhance each other and arrive to each other’s help whenever required.
