    So, which is the best carpet cleaning company in Melbourne? Well, a number of companies say that they are. When I see companies say that they are the best where there are hundreds of others providing very similar services, I wonder if they realise that anyone seeing that would more than likely realise that they were just saying it because they can.

    Unfortunately, not everyone who claims to be the best can be the best. I too would like to say that we are the best but I can’t. This is because I have not been able to compare ourselves to every other company out there. What we can do however is everything in our power to become or be the best. A better use of time than comparing ourselves to others. What is the best anyway? It seems to be a very subjective thing anyway.

    There are a number of people for which we have done carpet cleaning work who believe we are the best and have left favourable reviews across the internet saying this.

    Upholstery cleaners are trained in the standardised systems used in producing the best possible result in cleaning carpets. This training is both done as part of getting accreditation and we also have our own internal training system which covers things that are not covered in the other training. Both of these together result in cleaners who not only know how to get the best possible results in cleaning but are also practised in actually doing the required actions to do it properly.

    ACCREDITATION

    All out carpet and upholstery cleaners have international accreditation which requires the use of standard procedures in the cleaning process. As part of this, regular refresher courses need to be taken to ensure that cleaners are continually performing at a high standard required in the cleaning and getting the best results while not damaging the carpet and other fabrics being cleaned.

    CLEANING PROCESS AND CHEMICALS

    A lot of effort had been employed in testing and finding the best possible chemicals to use when cleaning. There is much more to choosing a cleaning chemical than finding the one that cleans the best. There are also other factors to consider like:

    The PH it has. If it is too high or low, it could damage the fibres it is supposed to be cleaning.

    What is being cleaned. Natural fibres need more care in the cleaning process. This includes wool, cotton and silk.

    Is the chemical safe? It would be terrible if we have used a great chemical that does a good job cleaning the carpet or upholstery but when you touch it, it burns your skin. We want our cleaning process safe for children and pets so this has to be taken into consideration.

    We have looked into all of this in choosing which chemicals or detergents we are using.

    QUALITY CONTROL

    With all the training in the world, we still need to make sure that what is needed to get the best possible results in cleaning is done every time without fail. This is where our quality control system comes into play. We do random spot checks on the work done as well as randomly call those for which we have done cleaning to see if they are happy with the results and that the cleaner conducted himself or herself in a professional and courteous manner.

    CUSTOMER CARE

    Quite apart from what we do when we arrive at your property, we like to make sure that your whole experience with us is pleasant.

    We hate it when we are calling a company and can seldom get through and have to leave messages what seems like all the time. We put a lot of effort into avoiding any calls.

    GUARANTEE

    Because we are so confident that we are using the best possible procedures, we can guarantee all of our work. Now, in saying this, there are some stains that cannot be removed through any type of cleaning. But in saying this, we still guarantee our work. If you are not happy with work we have done, we will come back to redo the work. Also, if you getting the carpet cleaned as part of vacating a rental property and as part of ending the lease and the estate managing agent has a problem with the carpet cleaning, we can come back to correct any problems.
