  • Never start any exercise at full-tilt. It’s important to warm up and calm down when you’re doing an exercise. You can’t have perfect conditioning in 1 day. It’s a process. Be personal. Start slow and work into a different vigorous routine. And ALWAYS do stretches before and after necessary exercise.
